As a lifelong resident of the North Georgia and Clermont area, Kenneth Savage really knows the in's and out's of real estate in North Georgia. Kenneth has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1993. In the years since gaining his real estate license, Kenneth has worked on appraisal courses, contract classes, and ethic courses to improve his real estate knowledge and abilities. The biggest asset Kenneth offers to his clients is his experience as a builder and developer. As a member of the Commercial and Land Division at Savage, Kenneth brings tremendous expertise in this arena. Active in the community in political groups as well as REALTOR® associations, Kenneth has a great base of contracts for land and home sales. When not too busy with the real estate business, Kenneth enjoys fishing and hunting.
