PERSONAL: Mary Lynn first lived in the Hayesville, NC area when she moved from Homestead, Florida in May 2002. Her Century 21 office is located in Young Harris, Georgia and she resides in Blairsville, Georgia with her husband, Jim Durfee who owns Durfee Custom Cabinets. Mary Lynn's family resides in Murphy, NC. This is why she knows so much about each area. "I feel like I live in all four counties anyway." Her business before real estate was advertising and marketing for international trade magazines.
